About the role
- Finance Overhead Analyst supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across LATAM markets. Collaborating with logistic, supply chain, and commercial operations teams from Querétaro, Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Join our GBS Overhead (OVH) Finance team and help drive financial accuracy and visibility for our LATAM markets.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple business units.
- Build and deliver monthly financial reporting packages.
- Populate Anaplan with approved budget and forecast inputs.
- Post journal entries, amortizations, and program or phasing updates.
- Perform monthly GL reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and support simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities within OVH finance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in operational finance roles involving posting, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- SAP FICO experience and working knowledge of Anaplan.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
