Responsibilities
Develop and implement a multi‑year sector strategy to expand KBR’s market presence and drive profitable growth.
Lead business development, identify new opportunities, and secure new contracts—often personally acting as Project Director or Bid Leader for strategic pursuits.
Build and sustain relationships with senior‑level government and private‑sector stakeholders, representing KBR as a thought leader within the industry.
Oversee the successful delivery of the buildings project portfolio, ensuring commercial, risk, schedule, safety and client‑satisfaction outcomes are achieved.
Shape a high‑performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and champion KBR’s values across our Australian offices.
Drive financial performance, ensuring revenue, job income, overhead recovery, and business unit income targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements
Proven credibility in the buildings sector or broader property or built environment, ideally at the executive level.
Capability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary teams across multiple states.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L accountability.
Demonstrated success in strategy development, client engagement, and winning significant work.
A track record of delivering complex projects and navigating risk in high‑value portfolios.
Advanced leadership capabilities including influencing, inspiring others, facilitating change and coaching teams.
