About the role
- Director of Commercial Systems leading testing, bug triage, and prioritization at GEICO. Collaborating with IT and management to ensure optimal system performance and quality.
Responsibilities
- Testing system enhancements to validate functionality and quality before deployment.
- Overseeing bug triage processes, including identifying, documenting, and prioritizing system bugs for resolution.
- Coordinating the prioritization of bugs and enhancements to align with business needs and timelines.
- Collaborating with upper management and IT on operational issues as they relate to testing and bug resolution.
- Managing IT stakeholders using Agile methodologies, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement through effective testing and defect management.
Requirements
