Responsibilities
Responsible for driving production and service division revenue through proactive sales efforts.

Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and assessments to identify service needs and create solution-based proposals.
Prepare and present service agreements, repair scopes, maintenance programs, and budgetary planning recommendations.
Create and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools; track follow-ups, proposals, and closing ratios.
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers throughout the service lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing service, estimating, sales, or project management.
5+ years' industry knowledge and experience.
2-3+ years' experience managing a small to mid-sized team.
2+ years' experience working in a Leadership capacity.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
Experience with commercial roof asset management software.
