About the role

  • Consultor Comercial JR responsible for promoting and selling Kasvi products. Planning sales activities and training clients in São Paulo region.

Responsibilities

  • Plan sales activities in accordance with objectives set by Commercial Management and the company’s Commercial Policy;
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities;
  • Provide both technical and commercial information about the products;
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets for the assigned territory;
  • Create the work schedule according to the visit frequency defined for the assigned territory;
  • Ensure proper customer service, generating satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Conduct commercial trainings with customers (industries, laboratories and distributors) in the assigned territory;
  • Analyze sales performance using the current system;
  • Share strategic market information with commercial management;
  • Participate in trade shows and events to promote the company;
  • Prepare weekly reports on visits conducted and monthly presentations of results;
  • Support R&D when necessary with market information related to products in the launch process;
  • Direct and coordinate tasks and strategies together with the internal sales representative who shares the account portfolio;
  • Propose strategies to improve market penetration in the area of operation;
  • Know competitors in detail—the products they offer and the differentiators compared to the company’s products;
  • Continuously pursue technical and scientific updates related to the market, as well as seek improvement in commercial skills and customer service;
  • Bring field information back to the company so it can be processed together with input from other colleagues and departments to support market analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields;
  • Basic English;
  • Technical knowledge and experience in physico-chemical analyses and/or microbiology in industry, research or third-party analytical laboratories;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Sales techniques and basic familiarity with software tools;
  • Valid driver’s license and experience with travel by car.
