Responsibilities
Seguimiento y liderazgo del equipo de venta (+ de 10 personas)
Control de varias secciones en cuanto a analítica de venta, control de stock y seguimiento de indicadores.
Formará parte del comité de dirección y por tanto a la toma de decisiones estratégicas del centro comercial y de sus areas.
Realizar planes de acción para potenciar las ventas y conseguir objetivos.
Negociación con proveedores, control de costes, propuestas de promociones, etc.
Requirements
Deberá aportar una experiencia mínima de 3 años de cargos relacionados gestión de equipos
Valorable en punto de venta desde una orientación estratégica.
Liderazgo innovador y de retos.
Orientación resultados.
Acostumbrado a entornos competitivos de mercado.
