About the role

  • Customer Partnership Manager responsible for nurturing customer relationships in energy sector. Driving long-term satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth with strategic account development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for existing customers, ensuring continuous satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities, conduct contract negotiations, and leverage potential to drive revenue growth.
  • Regularly analyze customer needs, conduct business reviews, and develop tailored strategies to maximize your customers’ success.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales teams to effectively fulfill customer expectations and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial controlling and reporting, ideally in the context of energy, industry, or SaaS.
  • Basic understanding of energy sector concepts (e.g., energy procurement, cost structures, efficiency potentials).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office / MS Teams, particularly PowerPoint (presentations) and preferably Excel (data analysis).
  • Experience in structured project organization and documentation, e.g., using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and a confident, professional presence.
  • High attention to detail and reliability in day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Strong presentation skills and communication ability — including at management level.
  • Ability to detect customer challenges early, communicate them clearly internally, and track their resolution.
  • Enjoy shaping and continuously improving structure, transparency, and processes.
