Responsibilities
- Erstellung und Strukturierung von Finanzierungskonzepten
- Mitarbeit bei der Ermittlung geeigneter Fördermöglichkeiten und der Erstellung komplexer Förderkreditanträge
- Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Unternehmensanalyse
- Auswertung und Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen und weiteren betriebswirtschaftlichen Unterlagen
- Aufbereitung von „Business Cases“ mit allen für Banken und Förderinstituten entscheidungsrelevanten Informationen zu Unternehmen, Markt und Finanzierungsvorhaben
- Vorbereitung von und Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen und Verhandlungen mit Förderinstituten und Finanzierungspartnern bis zur Umsetzung/Auszahlung.
Requirements
- Du hast eine bankfachliche Ausbildung und warst bereits mehrere Jahre im Firmenkundengeschäft eines Finanzinstituts tätig – sei es in der Kundenberatung, in der Kreditabteilung/Marktfolge oder in der Kreditanalyse – und möchtest diesen Erfahrungshintergrund nun gezielt in der Unternehmensfinanzierung einsetzen
- Du interessierst dich für Corporate / Structured Finance und möchtest dein Know-how in diesem Bereich weiter vertiefen – insbesondere im Umgang mit komplexen Finanzierungs- und Fördermodellen
- Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge mit und kannst dich schnell in neue Themenfelder und Branchen hineindenken
- Mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten bist du in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte klar zu strukturieren und überzeugend darzustellen – sowohl in Präsentationen als auch im Gespräch mit Kunden
- Du bist kommunikativ, engagiert und arbeitest gerne im Team – gleichzeitig gehst du Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert an
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Outlook, PowerPoint und Excel) rundet dein Profil ab
