About the role

  • Amazon Activation Manager implementing strategies for Karo Healthcare's Amazon growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovative and impactful commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute off-site demand-generation plans for key events and NPD launches, uniting cross-functional teams behind one integrated commercial strategy.
  • Lead flawless Amazon launches—ensuring new SKUs and major events go live with best-in-class content, creative, and commercial alignment.
  • Shape and optimise the full PDP experience, integrating creative, commercial, and marketing requirements to drive conversion.
  • Monitor competitor activity and Amazon best practices, keeping the team ahead of emerging trends and performance opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the Amazon Ads Manager to deliver cohesive commercial and media plans (supporting but not directly owning ads).
  • Own the Ratings & Reviews strategy: drive initiatives, collaborate with brand teams, and implement hands-on actions to strengthen visibility and conversion.
  • Support onsite A/B testing to continually improve merchandising and maximise performance outcomes.
  • Feed Amazon commercial needs into social and CRM plans, ensuring alignment with demand, messaging, and overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience in working with Amazon in a seller role, additional experience in shopper marketing roles is advantageous. Expertise in generating and managing rating and review campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in setting and delivering performance plans, optimising based on data
  • Strong operational discipline, ability to manage complex projects across stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality; motivated self-starter.
  • Critical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience in FMCG, health & beauty, or nutrition sectors is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). German, French, Italian or Spanish language skills beneficial but not essential.
