  • Senior Project Manager overseeing logistics customer relations and enhancing productivity. Collaborating with teams for new customer implementations and project management in a global logistics firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing and new customers on logistics matters and handle communication in German and English
  • Execute new customer implementations and change requests, both operationally and within systems, in coordination with the specialist departments
  • Design and manage projects to improve productivity and processes
  • Further develop standards and information systems
  • Draft logistics contracts and conduct negotiations with customers
  • Act as the interface between branch management and specialist departments to coordinate multi-site projects
  • Prepare and analyze statistics, create presentations, and moderate workshops

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics
  • Relevant professional experience in logistics and project management
  • Good German and English skills
  • Results-oriented and independent working style
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications
  • Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is an advantage
  • High level of commitment
  • Strong communication skills, goal-oriented thinking, and ability to work independently
