Responsibilities
Manage existing and new customers on logistics matters and handle communication in German and English
Execute new customer implementations and change requests, both operationally and within systems, in coordination with the specialist departments

Further develop standards and information systems
Draft logistics contracts and conduct negotiations with customers
Act as the interface between branch management and specialist departments to coordinate multi-site projects
Prepare and analyze statistics, create presentations, and moderate workshops
Requirements
Degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics
Relevant professional experience in logistics and project management
Good German and English skills
Results-oriented and independent working style
Proficiency in common MS Office applications
Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is an advantage
High level of commitment
