About the role
- Accounting Apprentice preparing monthly closings across 5 international entities at Kaiko. Collaborating on reports and managing accounts payable and receivable while supporting FP&A team.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of our monthly closings across the Group (5 international entities):
- Bookkeeping in our softwares: Spendesk, fulll and Xero Payroll reports
- Account Payable & Receivable reconciliation
- Banks reconciliation
- Assist with our weekly tasks:
- Clients follow up
- Invoices and expense claims review
- Alongside these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work on monthly reports and collaborate with our FP&A team on P&L consolidations and other tasks.
Requirements
- You are preparing a DCG or a licence in accounting
- You are eager to grow and curiosity is one of your main qualities
- You are organised and rigourous
- Fluency in French
- English speaking and want to work in an international environment.
