Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the planning, management and execution of international large-scale projects
- Leading and developing international project teams
- Managing the project from the tender/bid phase through to handover
- Ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met
- Proactive risk management and resolution of technical challenges
- Managing communications with clients, authorities, partners and suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Technology or a comparable qualification
- At least 10 years' experience in leading large-scale projects > €50 million
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Deep understanding of project management, contract management and project controlling
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- High resilience and decisiveness
- Business-fluent German and English
