- Analysis and resolution of technical problems: Rapid and efficient remediation of incidents and errors, including in complex, cross-entity systems.
- Implementation of new technologies and innovations: Evaluating and introducing future-oriented IT solutions in line with global standards.
- Ensuring IT security and data protection: Monitoring and enforcing appropriate measures.
- Communication with external service providers and partners: Coordinating and negotiating technical services, conducting service reviews, setting KPIs and maintaining performance dashboards.
Requirements

- Experience integrating into larger corporations or complex structures: You have successfully worked in large, multifaceted corporate environments.
