Responsibilities
Leadership and development of the IT team: You lead, motivate and actively develop your team.
Technical maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure: Ensuring smooth operation, maintenance and optimization of systems.
Project management and coordination: Leading and implementing IT projects from planning through successful deployment.
Advising and supporting business units: Close collaboration to align technical solutions with the needs of the teams.
New ways of working & collaboration: You work in virtual teams (SLS), foster international collaboration and implement agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban using Jira and/or Confluence.
Strategic responsibility: Increasing focus on compliance, cloud data protection, cost control and standardization.
Analysis and resolution of technical problems: Rapid and efficient remediation of incidents and errors, including in complex, cross-entity systems.
Implementation of new technologies and innovations: Evaluating and introducing future-oriented IT solutions in line with global standards.
Ensuring IT security and data protection: Monitoring and enforcing appropriate measures.
Communication with external service providers and partners: Coordinating and negotiating technical services, conducting service reviews, setting KPIs and maintaining performance dashboards.
Requirements
Comprehensive IT expertise: You are knowledgeable across all IT domains — from networking and cloud solutions to security systems.
Experience integrating into larger corporations or complex structures: You have successfully worked in large, multifaceted corporate environments.
Ability to integrate seamlessly into corporate structures, manage complex interfaces and coordinate collaboration with various departments and external partners is second nature to you.
