eCommerce Specialist overseeing the webshop for direct-to-consumer sales. Responsible for enhancing customer experience and managing online campaigns in an international environment.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for all webshop-related topics locally and within central teams
Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce channel, including monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
Continuously optimize the website to improve conversion, customer experience, and overall performance
Plan, implement, and manage online campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Oversee product assortment, pricing, and online presentation to maximize sales and profitability
Manage backend operations, including campaign setup, content updates, and creation of new pages
Ensure website content is accurate, localized, and aligned with brand and SEO best practices
Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, sales) and implement data-driven improvements
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., marketing agencies) to execute digital initiatives
Manage and execute newsletter campaigns, ensuring high-quality communication
Drive continuous improvements across the customer journey, including order processing, delivery, and customer communication
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of eCommerce experience
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
Experience with webshop/backend systems
Proactive, ownership-driven, and adaptable
Fluent in English and Romanian
