About the role

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the strategic planning of e-commerce campaigns in collaboration with Commercial, Marketing and Branding teams.
  • Ensure operational execution of campaigns, translating strategy into system, operational and calendar feasibility.
  • Act as the focal point for prioritization and trade-offs, balancing demands from multiple stakeholders.
  • Connect business vision, data analysis and operational understanding to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
  • Reduce direct dependence on leadership for operational decisions by fostering autonomy, clarity and smooth workflows.
  • Support the development of planning structures and rituals for campaign planning and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Structured and analytical profile.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to prioritize in complex environments.
  • Experience in digital contexts.
  • Senior-level presence to engage and influence areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Technology and Leadership.
  • Ability to move effectively between strategy and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
