About the role

  • Digital Factory Manager overseeing software engineering teams and aligning priorities with business objectives in Greece. Driving engineering excellence and adopting modern practices for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support all software Chapter Leads and engineers, including recruitment, capability development, and career growth
  • Define and enforce the engineering vision, standards, and best practices across all chapters
  • Oversee technical delivery and quality while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and modern architectures
  • Partner with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers to align engineering priorities with business objectives
  • Drive adoption of modern tools, technologies, and scalable engineering approaches
  • Monitor key engineering metrics (velocity, code quality, technical debt) and ensure continuous improvement
  • Represent development chapters in leadership and governance forums, promoting collaboration and transparency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in software engineering leadership and/or chapter lead roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple technical domains (Java, React, Node)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Agile frameworks and advanced software engineering practices
  • Experience leading Chapter Leads or cross-functional engineering teams
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
