Responsibilities
Designing digital assets such as banners, ads, social visuals and newsletter graphics
Developing and adapting visuals for campaigns, landing pages, websites and partner materials
Working closely with copywriters and the Campaign Lead to translate strong stories into effective creatives
Ensuring each asset is both emotionally compelling and performance-oriented
Maintaining and further developing our visual identity and brand guidelines
Contributing to creative concepts and new ideas for campaigns and content formats
Aligning with internal stakeholders and coordinating external freelancers or agencies when needed
Helping to evolve a modern, inspiring visual language for journaway
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in digital design, visual communication or creative production
A strong portfolio with a focus on campaign design, brand storytelling and digital assets
Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar tools
A collaborative mindset, an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling
Enthusiasm for travel and for inspiring people with powerful imagery
Willingness to work part-time with clear responsibilities and room for creativity
