Responsibilities
Managing the cash register and custody of funds
Monthly billing of care, accommodation and ancillary services
Creating and maintaining all relevant resident data in Connext Vivendi NG
Supporting nursing home cost calculations and filing applications with the relevant payers
Preparing facility contracts, contract amendments and residency agreements
Reconciling figures with accounting (FiBu)
Checking incoming payments and processing the open-items (OP) list
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with dunning procedures (monitoring and managing outstanding items/OP lists)
Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
Experience with billing for inpatient or outpatient care (Vivendi) is a plus
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
