About the role

  • Linguistic Administrator in Translation service line, responsible for operational tasks supporting translation workflows. Requires attention to detail, excellent data management, and communication skills in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Downloading/inputting of content
  • Updating data, such as in spreadsheets or systems
  • Collecting data and presenting it in the most appropriate format
  • Monitoring content platforms to identify specified content and reporting findings
  • Checking implementation of required actions in specific tasks and collating relevant information on existing trackers
  • Converting content from one format to another
  • Maintaining linguistic assets (e.g. glossaries, term bases, translation memories, non-translatable lists) and distributing them to internal teams and external vendors
  • Organising documents/databases
  • Reformatting/adjusting documents to given specifications
  • Checking accuracy of data and making corrections where necessary

  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Good IT literacy (notably Excel/Sheets)
  • Passion and interest in languages/translation
  • Driven, proactive mindset
