Responsibilities
Downloading/inputting of content
Updating data, such as in spreadsheets or systems
Collecting data and presenting it in the most appropriate format
Monitoring content platforms to identify specified content and reporting findings
Checking implementation of required actions in specific tasks and collating relevant information on existing trackers
Converting content from one format to another
Maintaining linguistic assets (e.g. glossaries, term bases, translation memories, non-translatable lists) and distributing them to internal teams and external vendors
Organising documents/databases
Reformatting/adjusting documents to given specifications
Checking accuracy of data and making corrections where necessary
