About the role
- Counselor leading dynamic group therapy sessions at a recovery community. Fostering member-centered care and transformation in addiction healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day
- Facilitate group discussions from approved modalities
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active behavioral health licensure in Virginia including LPC, LCSW, CSAC, LSATP, LMFT
- Minimum two years’ experience leading groups in a SUD setting
- High comfort level with technology
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm
