About the role

  • Customer Success Manager serving as the voice of Nelly for business clients. Supporting them with empathy and ensuring successful long-term relationships with Nelly's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You are Nelly’s voice for our business clients and support them with empathy, patience and a strong attention to detail on all questions related to our products.
  • You communicate on equal terms and ensure our clients always feel well supported.
  • You proactively think along and ahead: you identify customer feedback and areas for improvement early and forward them to our Product team to continuously enhance our solutions.
  • You work closely with colleagues from various teams, especially Customer Success, Sales and Product, because we believe in genuine cross-department collaboration.

Requirements

  • You have a completed bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification
  • You are motivated and enjoy interacting with and supporting clients
  • You are reliable and can work independently with a structured approach
  • You are strong in communication and present yourself confidently in client conversations
  • You have fluent German skills, both spoken and written, and can communicate confidently in English as well
