Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4–7 years of project or program management experience, preferably in new product introductions or operations
- Strong understanding of NPI processes, phase methodology, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality systems
- Proficient with Microsoft tools and SAP/ERP or similar systems
