Application Engineer supporting TfL’s Body Worn Video service. Responsibilities include providing second and third line support and proactive issue resolution for business critical services.
Responsibilities
Provide second line (and where required third line) support to TfL’s environments (business critical services for TfL e.g., Body Worn Video system)
Proactive identification of issues, fulfilment of service requests and problem management in accordance with the agreed service level targets.
Out of Hours support, support of weekend or out of hour’s maintenance or release activities will be required for certain applications.
Requirements
Experience working with Motorola Video Management Software in a complex multi-site environment
Industry experience in an application support Body Worn Video environment
Working knowledge of ITIL V4 Service Management
Knowledge of current/emerging technologies and processes employed in Enterprise-wide IT services
Excellent oral and written communication skills at a business and technical level
Knowledge of solving and communicating complex problems relating to Body Worn Video
Demonstrable customer service skills in multiple environments
Well-developed experience of issues and incident management and working within agreed SLAs.
