Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- Solid professional experience in automation, the packaging industry, or in the field of sealants and adhesives
- Strong technical aptitude and solution orientation
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Very strong communication skills
- Understanding of customer needs
- Negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- High willingness to travel
- Knowledge of market analysis and benchmarking
