Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of strategic transformation programmes, starting with IRCC transition
Develop and implement strategies and solutions to complex, ambiguous challenges
Coordinate matrixed technical and operational teams to deliver integrated outcomes
Represent TfL in high-level internal and external stakeholder engagements, including industry partners and government bodies
Own governance processes, including programme boards and steering groups
Manage programme finances, budgets, and commercial matters in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams
Provide high-quality briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership
Support the Head of Transformation in shaping future transformation priorities and operating models
Requirements
Proven experience in leading complex transformation programmes in transport, payments, or public sector environments
Experience working with senior stakeholders, including government, commercial partners, and technical teams
Demonstrated success in strategy development, programme delivery, and change management
Experience managing budgets, commercial contracts, and governance processes
Familiarity with digital payments, revenue collection systems, or account-based ticketing is highly desirable
