Responsibilities
Developing Cafeyn Premium distribution partnerships across Europe
Prospecting and sourcing new partners in your assigned verticals
Leading the full sales cycle: building business cases, negotiating commercial and contractual terms and closing new deals
Managing executive relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
Ensuring a smooth handover of signed partnerships to Channel Marketing and Account Management
Gathering market intelligence and best practices
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships/Alliance/Channel, or Strategic Sales roles
Experience in B2B2C distribution models
A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in German & English; additional European languages are a strong asset
