About the role

  • Join Cafeyn as Strategic Alliance Manager focusing on B2B2C partnerships in DACH region. Own full sales cycle, negotiate and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Developing Cafeyn Premium distribution partnerships across Europe
  • Prospecting and sourcing new partners in your assigned verticals
  • Leading the full sales cycle: building business cases, negotiating commercial and contractual terms and closing new deals
  • Managing executive relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of signed partnerships to Channel Marketing and Account Management
  • Gathering market intelligence and best practices

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships/Alliance/Channel, or Strategic Sales roles
  • Experience in B2B2C distribution models
  • A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German & English; additional European languages are a strong asset
