Responsibilities
- As Product Manager (m/f/d), based on your market and product analyses (including software and consumables), you identify improvement opportunities across the entire product lifecycle, initiate measures and monitor their success.
- You define requirements for product enhancements and contribute to the conception of new products.
- You cooperate with our marketing team to jointly plan, implement and optimize marketing activities (online, trade fairs, brochures, demo systems) for product launches and ongoing sales.
- You prepare the necessary product documentation.
- Additionally, you develop targeted training programs and conduct trainings using modern methods.
- You analyze order wins and losses to plan, initiate and monitor improvement measures.
- As Project Engineer (m/f/d), your main task is to develop concepts for solving demanding customer projects, together with technical contacts where required.
- In this role you support sales in clarifying these projects and, in special cases, visit customers together with the sales team.
- You review customer specifications (requirements specifications) and prepare technical proposals and functional specifications.
- You are responsible for the technical coordination of these projects during the implementation phase.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Experience in equipment project planning/design and in product management desirable
- Excellent technical understanding and spatial imagination
- Sales- and customer-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and a structured working style
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken
