About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager driving hands-on digital marketing strategy for B2B fintech SaaS company focusing on PPC, SEO, and campaign optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the digital marketing elements of campaigns end to end
  • Plan, build, launch and optimise paid and organic activity
  • Implement SEO strategies including on-page optimisation
  • Set up and manage tracking across digital activity
  • Build and optimise email campaigns including A/B testing
  • Ensure all activity complies with GDPR and advertising policies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • B2B experience in financial services, fintech or SaaS
  • Strong proficiency with PPC, SEO and marketing automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4
  • Practical SEO experience and familiarity with SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data
  • Ability to work directly in CMS platforms
