Own the digital marketing elements of campaigns end to end
Plan, build, launch and optimise paid and organic activity

Requirements
5+ years of experience in performance marketing
B2B experience in financial services, fintech or SaaS
Strong proficiency with PPC, SEO and marketing automation tools
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4
Practical SEO experience and familiarity with SEMrush or Ahrefs
Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data
Ability to work directly in CMS platforms
