Responsibilities
Gestión de presupuesto: Administrar y distribuir presupuestos de campañas de manera eficiente, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de inversión y rendimiento (ROI, CPA, ROAS).
Análisis de performance: Monitorear, analizar e interpretar métricas clave de campañas (CTR, CPC, conversiones, etc.), generando insights accionables para optimización continua.
Identificación de oportunidades de inversión: Detectar nuevas oportunidades en canales, audiencias y formatos, proponiendo mejoras en la asignación de presupuesto y escalabilidad de campañas.
Definición e implementación de tácticas: Ejecutar y ajustar estrategias de Paid Media (search, social, display, etc.), alineadas a los objetivos de negocio y etapas del funnel.
Taggeo y analítica digital: Implementar y validar etiquetado (tracking) mediante herramientas de analítica digital (ej. píxeles, eventos, GTM), asegurando correcta medición de conversiones.
Gestión de funnel de analítica: Analizar el comportamiento del usuario a lo largo del funnel (awareness, consideración, conversión), detectando puntos de mejora y optimización.
Requirements
1 a 3 años de experiencia en gestión de campañas Paid Media.
Conocimiento en plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads u otras.
Manejo de herramientas de analítica digital (Google Analytics, Tag Manager u otros).
Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
Habilidad para interpretar datos y generar recomendaciones.
Deseable experiencia en definición de audiencias y remarketing.
