Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll design and embed the frameworks, systems, and connections that strengthen organisational performance, resilience, and risk-informed planning across one of Australia’s largest public sector organisations to inform enterprise wide transformation.
  • You will be a key leader within Transport’s newly established internal consulting function, driving business architecture, operating model optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Your work will influence strategic decision making, uplift capability maturity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Day to day, you’ll develop and maintain the enterprise frameworks that guide business architecture, process design, and governance.

  • You’ll also lead high impact programs of work that embed resilience, strengthen decision-making, streamline processes, and foster a connected, high performing organisation.
  • Managing third party vendors, applying Lean methodologies, and ensuring adherence to enterprise design principles will all be key to your success.
  • In your first 12 months, you’ll establish a clear, organisation wide business architecture framework that links strategy to operations, deliver early transformation wins, and build the foundations for a consistent, enterprise-aligned approach to business architecture and performance optimisation.
