About the role

  • Business Analyst enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency at Transport for NSW. Collaborating across projects in HR and Payroll while employing strong analytical Business Analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
  • lead and participate in investigations uncovering business needs
  • apply business modelling and analysis tools to ensure best‑practice standards
  • identify, design, and implement business improvement opportunities across programs
  • develop clear specifications in collaboration with technical specialists
  • facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing to confirm solutions meet expectations
  • support the development of business cases with Project Management Office and business leaders

Requirements

  • relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
  • hands‑on experience contributing to successful delivery across a range of business and people‑focused initiatives
  • confident coordinating and facilitating UAT with business stakeholders
  • strong time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • analytical mindset with core Business Analysis skills
  • familiarity with HR, Payroll, or other divisional projects
  • ability to engage, listen, and articulate ideas effectively with diverse teams
