Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all aspects of implementation, from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of strategic initiatives.
- Creating and monitoring performance trends for functional areas, developing and implementing strategies to improve end-to-end business processes and productivity.
- Managing strategic and transformational enterprise-wide programs and projects that are generally complex and large in scope.
- Function as a strategic partner with the Executive Leadership team to develop communication plans, training plans, and risk management/mitigation plans.
- Analyze business processes within the organization to identify and execute process improvements.
- Plan, develop, and implement strategies for program activities and communicate to executive leadership accurate results at period end.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field
- At least 5 years of experience in core operations, IT, or finance in program management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale financial projects/programs.
- Preferred: Experience on Medi-Cal, Medicare or Covered CA in addition to 6+ years of program management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess a deep understanding of financial processes and procedures as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
