About the role

Responsibilities
- Effectively deliver continuous improvement to the ES programme.
- Effectively engage with third-party audit firms to deliver high-quality ES audit.
- Review mutual recognized reports
- Conduct ES factory assessment/visit if required
- Review corrective action plan and support vendor and factory on continuous improvement
- Develop and carry out training or seminars for vendor, factory, third party audit firm, and internal team members.
- Manage the factory status and communicate with vendor and factory for ES renewal before expiration
- Review monthly ES report & plan ahead necessary resources to conduct follow up or new audit request.
- Keep updated with industry standards and legislation in the countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years relevant experience, background in buying office/retailer social audit team will be preferrable
- Sound knowledge of CSR and social audits, high sense of integrity
- Good communication in both English and Mandarin
