- Designing and implementing Full Stack Software solutions using React, NodeJS with TypeScript.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, fostering growth and best practices.
- Driving delivery through modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for speed and reliability.
- Leveraging cloud technologies (AWS) to build scalable, high-performance systems.
- Architecting and developing APIs using REST for seamless integration across platforms.
- Championing clean code principles, ensuring maintainability and quality through coding and unit testing.
- Leading technical design and requirements gathering, influencing the success of major projects.
- Solving complex challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Full Stack development using React, Prisma, NestJS, NodeJS with TypeScript.
- A strong track record of delivering software through modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation testing).
- Leadership skills—you enjoy guiding and mentoring others.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Expertise in API development using REST.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing.
- Experience maintaining existing products and building new features.
- Knowledge of NestJS & Prisma is great, but not essential.
- Bonus points for experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL) is highly advantageous.
