Responsibilities

  • Leads/Executes a revenue portfolio driven by priority relationships
  • Ensure goal achievement through effective leadership, engagement, empowerment, and mobilization of partners
  • Accountable for the achievement of a revenue target greater than $350,000
  • Manages volunteer and customer retention, recognition, and pipeline development
  • Engages, recruits, stewards, trains and manages relationships with volunteers and customers
  • Implements best practices for revenue growth
  • Monitors financial expenditures and takes appropriate measures to meet goals
  • Engages the community to create relevant experiences for priority constituents
  • Ensures compliance with ACS policies

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • 3 years successful experience in fundraising, corporate engagement, and relationship development
  • Ability to work successfully in a diverse team environment
  • Ability to recruit, train and motivate community-based volunteers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven relationship building, persuasion and influence skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in computer-based information systems
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
