About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for commercial growth in Northern France. Deploying innovative diagnostic technologies for hospitals and laboratories.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the commercial strategy across the Northern region (excluding Paris) and manage a regional action plan
  • Identify laboratory needs and propose appropriate IVD solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, tender responses and contract finalization
  • Work closely with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at congresses, events and client meetings
  • Track sales activity in Salesforce and provide reliable forecasts

Requirements

  • Scientific degree (BSc/MSc) in Biology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in diagnostic product sales
  • Solid knowledge of the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) market
  • Confidence selling technical solutions and managing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a variety of hospital stakeholders
  • Professional-level English
  • Knowledge of immunology or molecular biology is a plus
