Lead overall team management including staff development, succession planning, compensation planning, and building actionable career development plans for all direct reports.
Achieve contracted KPIs and SLAs while ensuring work orders and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Provide facility services according to standard processes and ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide detailed explanations and implement recovery processes for all budget variances while actively pursuing cost-reducing opportunities.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery.
Experience with facilities management/CMMS software. (Corrigo Experience a plus)
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
