About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients
- Develop, articulate and implement business plans for each assigned property
- Monthly / Quarterly financial and management reporting as required by client
- Provide oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel at properties
- Build relationships to retain current business and expand opportunities
- Maintain/Update Emergency Response Manuals and hold regular meetings with tenants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in retail property management
- Real Estate License
- In depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
- Competency using Microsoft Office
- Understanding the leasing process and effectively supporting the broker/agency leasing team
