About the role

  • Objektmanager managing a senior living residence in Biederitz, focusing on tenant support and facility management activities. Engaging with residents and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of tenancy agreements
  • Conducting apartment handovers and inspections
  • Representing the residence internally and externally
  • Point of contact for service providers and third-party contractors
  • Minor repairs and touch-ups
  • Coordination of facility management and cleaning
  • Manning/operating the telephone system

Requirements

  • Manual/handyman skills; vocational/trade training advantageous
  • Good manners and a friendly approach to the senior residents
  • Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented way of working
  • Experience across a varied range of tasks
  • Fluent German, written and spoken (minimum C1) required
  • Driving license (Class B) advantageous
