- Oversee a Retail shopping center portfolio
- Conduct property visits at least once/month
- Develop, articulate and implement business plans for each assigned property
- Provide oversight of contractors and maintenance personnel
- Build relationships to retain current business and expand opportunities
- Project and achieve budgeted financial goals as outlined in the approved annual operating budget
Requirements
- College graduate preferred
- GA Real Estate License required within 90 days
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in commercial property management, multiple property responsibilities in Retail preferred
- In depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
- Competency using Microsoft Office, navigating the internet, general use of personal computer.
