Drive integrated marketing initiatives across the Leasing Advisory division
Create and execute integrated marketing strategy that supports Leasing Advisory services
Lead the development and implementation of AM-wide marketing campaigns
Collaborate with regional directors and country heads to ensure marketing alignment
Oversee substantial marketing budgets for integrated campaigns
Develop comprehensive tactical plans and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Direct large-scale client and internal events across multiple teams
Provide strategic advice and guidance on JLL brand application
Requirements
Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing experience in fast-paced, multinational organizations, preferably in professional services industries
Proven experience in commercial real estate marketing with exposure to leasing advisory services
Demonstrated experience managing marketing teams and substantial marketing budgets
Exceptional brand and product marketing planning and execution skills
Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
Advanced understanding of digital marketing processes, techniques and tactics
Strong understanding of investment markets and real estate markets, with financial services or investment banking experience highly advantageous
Proven ability to work effectively with senior-level stakeholders and manage complex projects
