New Studio Openings Launch Manager supporting successful launches of franchise studios at JETSET Pilates. Provides leadership and operational guidance during initial studio openings with significant travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support in-studio during the first few days of a new franchise opening.
Guide teams through opening and closing procedures in real time.
Shadow and coach Studio Leads on client greetings, check-ins, and membership sales conversations.
Observe instructors and provide feedback to ensure brand standards are met.
Troubleshoot operational or technical issues as they arise.
Train teams on systems, technology, and troubleshooting A/V
Model best practices for delivering a world-class member experience.
Train owners and GM on how to manage the day-to-day operations.
Build rapport easily and work seamlessly with owners, general managers, instructors, and front desk staff alike.
Ensure the Franchise Owner/General Manager and Studio Lead teams are confident and prepared to operate independently by the end of the visit.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or retail operations with a proven track record of driving sales performance and membership growth
Significant experience with Mindbody (booking & POS software) and AXLE
Strong background in local marketing activations, community engagement guidance, and social media promotion to build brand presence and client pipeline during the first week of operations
Demonstrated ability to coach teams on sales conversations, lead conversion, and retention strategies
Passion for fitness, wellness, and the JETSET brand.
