Requirements
- You must fit ONE of these two profiles:
- Profile 1: Accountant/Controller with Product Experience
- CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification, OR accounting degree + 2+ years in accounting/controller/finance operations roles
- Deep understanding of how finance teams operate, process data, and ensure compliance
- 2+ years in product management, product operations, or technical roles working on financial software
- Proven ability to translate accounting requirements into product solutions
- Profile 2: Product Manager with Integration/Financial Systems Experience
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platforms with complex integrations
- Proven track record building products that integrate with ERP systems, accounting software, or financial platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong understanding of how data flows between systems, data mapping, and system architecture
- Demonstrated ability to learn domain expertise quickly and become the expert on customer workflows
- **Required Skills (both profiles):**
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, data analysis, building models, and translating data into product decisions
- Understanding of how systems integrate and data flows between platforms (you don't need to code, but you need to understand architecture)
- Hands-on comfort with AI tooling: ability to test AI-powered features, evaluate model outputs, and prototype solutions
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and/or IFRS) and how finance organizations operate (either from direct experience OR from building products for finance teams)
