Responsibilities
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered social solutions
Identify and activate acquisition channels (brands, SMEs, innovation-driven companies)
Structure offers, pricing, and commercial proposals for the new social model
Drive new client acquisition and close deals directly
Collaborate with creative and AI teams to ensure feasibility and quality
Turn early projects into case studies and scalable commercial assets
Contribute to positioning this model as a reference in next-generation social media
Requirements
Proven experience in growth, business development, or sales in social, digital, or tech-enabled environments
Strong commercial mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability
Ability to sell innovative, non-standard solutions
Comfort working in lean, high-accountability settings
Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)
Experience with performance-based or entrepreneurial roles
