Responsibilities
Design digital assets for web, mobile, email, and social
Execute creative concepts with strong visual craft
Apply and evolve brand guidelines across digital touchpoints
Create layouts, typography systems, and UI components
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product partners
Translate creative direction into polished final designs
Participate in concepting, brainstorms, and critiques
Present work clearly to internal stakeholders
Incorporate feedback efficiently and thoughtfully
Prepare production-ready files for both print and web-based projects
Ensure designs meet platform specs and best practices
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Maintain organized files and documentation
Adapt designs across formats, sizes, and channels
Maintain high standards for detail, consistency, and quality
Stay current on design trends, tools, and digital platforms
Take ownership of assigned projects and timelines
Requirements
5 years of experience in digital design, either in-house or at an agency
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across multiple platforms
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of digital production standards and platform specifications
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles
Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
