Responsibilities
Manage the entire customer relationship (greeting and follow-up)
Schedule and prepare appointments for after-sales/service customers
Draft repair orders and work orders
Proactively propose additional products and services (upselling)
Act as the liaison between customers and the workshop teams
Prepare repair estimates and manage customer files
Issue invoices and process payments
Handover vehicles to customers
Build and maintain customer loyalty through strong relationship skills
Monitor quality and customer satisfaction indicators
Promote the company and its range of services
Comply with and enforce hygiene and safety standards
Ensure compliance with manufacturer-required quality standards
Contribute to the dealership's brand image
Requirements
Education: High school diploma to a two-year degree (Bac to Bac+2) in business/commerce or automotive mechanics
Proven experience as an after-sales/customer service advisor, ideally in the automotive after-sales sector
Comfortable with customers and proficient in IT/office software
