About the role

  • Conseiller client après-vente au sein du Groupe Jallu-Berthier distribuant des marques automobiles. Assurer l'accueil client, la préparation des rendez-vous et le suivi des réparations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer relationship (greeting and follow-up)
  • Schedule and prepare appointments for after-sales/service customers
  • Draft repair orders and work orders
  • Proactively propose additional products and services (upselling)
  • Act as the liaison between customers and the workshop teams
  • Prepare repair estimates and manage customer files
  • Issue invoices and process payments
  • Handover vehicles to customers
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty through strong relationship skills
  • Monitor quality and customer satisfaction indicators
  • Promote the company and its range of services
  • Comply with and enforce hygiene and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer-required quality standards
  • Contribute to the dealership's brand image

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma to a two-year degree (Bac to Bac+2) in business/commerce or automotive mechanics
  • Proven experience as an after-sales/customer service advisor, ideally in the automotive after-sales sector
  • Comfortable with customers and proficient in IT/office software
