About the role

  • Manager of Client Services at iA Financial Group leading a team to implement customer service strategies and ensure client satisfaction in Quebec City. Engaging in innovative service approaches and collaborating with managers across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain our service model and strategies
  • Collaborate with other managers across Canada to ensure a consistent service approach
  • Improve processes to better support your team and clients, actively participating in Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS)
  • Plan and execute projects related to the implementation of new tools or technologies
  • Coach and guide your team to strengthen understanding of strategies and tools
  • Lead regular alignment meetings between the service team and corresponding sales team to strengthen market insight, enhance collaboration, and ensure a unified presence when presenting
  • Ensure client satisfaction within your direct team and address any escalations or improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Holds a university degree in a relevant field
  • Solid knowledge of capital accumulation plans, defined benefit plans, and investments
  • Proven experience in management and leadership, as well as in developing customer service strategies
  • Expertise in retirement plans and strong technical skills
  • Understanding of Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS)
  • Excels in communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build high-performing teams
  • Highly motivated by new challenges
  • Advanced level of French, both written and spoken
  • Intermediate level of English, as the person will need to communicate by email and videoconference with English-speaking team members on a weekly basis
