Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain our service model and strategies
Collaborate with other managers across Canada to ensure a consistent service approach
Improve processes to better support your team and clients, actively participating in Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS)
Plan and execute projects related to the implementation of new tools or technologies
Coach and guide your team to strengthen understanding of strategies and tools
Lead regular alignment meetings between the service team and corresponding sales team to strengthen market insight, enhance collaboration, and ensure a unified presence when presenting
Ensure client satisfaction within your direct team and address any escalations or improvement opportunities
Requirements
Holds a university degree in a relevant field
Solid knowledge of capital accumulation plans, defined benefit plans, and investments
Proven experience in management and leadership, as well as in developing customer service strategies
Expertise in retirement plans and strong technical skills
Understanding of Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS)
Excels in communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills
Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build high-performing teams
Highly motivated by new challenges
Advanced level of French, both written and spoken
Intermediate level of English, as the person will need to communicate by email and videoconference with English-speaking team members on a weekly basis
