About the role

Responsibilities

- Identifying weaknesses and implementing measures to improve performance

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experienced in applying agile methodologies
- Solid knowledge of agile principles and practices
- Preferably an Agile Coach certification or equivalent qualification
- Clear and effective communication and proactive problem-solving initiative
- Presence and availability for the team
- Independent organization, effective prioritization and maintaining overview in dynamic project situations
- Basic understanding of software development; agency experience is an advantage
- Excellent German (written and spoken), confident communication in English
