About the role
- Agile Coach facilitating team development and agile practices at JAKALA Germany GmbH. Seeking experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach in Hamburg or hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Organizational and methodological responsibility for interdisciplinary teams
- Identifying weaknesses and implementing measures to improve performance
- Responsibility for sprint events and their effective facilitation
- Confident interaction with the team and our clients
- Coaching the team and promoting open communication
- Ensuring clear information flow and early conflict resolution
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering a culture of openness and respect
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experienced in applying agile methodologies
- Solid knowledge of agile principles and practices
- Preferably an Agile Coach certification or equivalent qualification
- Clear and effective communication and proactive problem-solving initiative
- Presence and availability for the team
- Independent organization, effective prioritization and maintaining overview in dynamic project situations
- Basic understanding of software development; agency experience is an advantage
- Excellent German (written and spoken), confident communication in English
