Responsibilities
- Creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals
- Providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided by the School
- Maintaining student attendance and grading records according to College policy as outlined in the Adjunct Handbook
- Being available to students outside scheduled class time to answer questions/provide assistance
- Meeting all scheduled classes of contracted course(s)
- Using technology such as Canvas, PowerPoint, etc. as appropriate
Requirements
- An earned master's or higher degree, from a regionally accredited institution, in speech or communication, or a master's degree with 18 graduate semester credit hours in speech-related or communication-related courses.
- Ability to travel to teach in Frankfort and Crawfordsville when needed.
