Responsibilities
Manage the portfolio of active clients with a focus on relationship building, retention, and account expansion;
Conduct periodic business review meetings to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
Map stakeholders and client needs to propose customized solutions;
Act in a consultative manner, ensuring the best possible customer experience and satisfaction with contracted products and services;
Keep CRM records up to date and report performance indicators;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of value to the client;
Anticipate churn risks and propose corrective actions;
Meet growth targets for the client base and relationship KPIs.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Experience in B2B customer service and relationship management;
Knowledge of technologies for monitoring, tracking, and vehicle fleet management;
Category B driver’s license and availability to travel throughout Brazil;
